For an adult, two teaspoons (10 ml) of Sambucol Sugar-Free should be taken daily as a balanced diet.

Use it daily for maximum benefit. Adults and children over four years of age should take two teaspoons (10 ml) daily for daily maintenance. Mix it in water, fruit juice, smoothies, or yogurt for added flavor.
