Castor Oil is a vegetable oil that is extracted by cold pressing the beans or seeds of the castor plant; Ricinus Communis.

It’s an incredibly, rich, thick textured oil, almost a honey like consistency. It is made up of a monounsaturated Omega 9 fatty acid called Ricinoleic Acid which makes up around 90% of the oil. It’s this unique composition that makes castor the super versatile oil we all love.

• Applying a little castor oil to your lashes and brows before you go to bed can help promote healthy growth and strength, reducing loss and making them appear thicker and fuller.
• By applying a castor oil hair mask once a week, you can grow luscious, glossy and healthy hair.
• You can apply it directly to your scalp using a nozzle bottle, massage in and leave for at least half an hour before washing out.
• Apply a small amount of oil to your skin then remove with a muslin cloth soaked in warm water to remove the oil. It will leave behind a light layer of oil to moisturize and protect the skin from water loss.
• Massage a drop of oil into the skin around your nails.
