WHAT IS SLEEP CARE POWDER?

Sleep Care powder by EssentialSeries is a powder vegan food supplement based on amino acids, melatonin and magnesium.

Sleep Care powder is intended for use as a hot drink or infusion.

Mix 2 scoops of 5ml (approx. 10g) with 150-300ml of warm water, take 1 time a day before going to sleep.
