How to Use

Magnesium citrate, choline bitartrate, calcium carbonate, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], ascorbic acid (vitamin C), anti-caking agent (L-leucine), chelated zinc bisglycinate, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), maltodextrin, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (natural vitamin E), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), Bambusa bambos exudate (41% silicon), orthosilicic acid stabilised with choline, nicotinic acid (vitamin B3), menaquinone-7 (natural vitamin K2), microencapsulated vitamin A (retinyl acetate (vitamin A)), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, from lichen), chelated copper bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), chromium picolinate, calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid), L-selenomethionine, sodium molybdate, D-biotin (biotin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
