    This variety of Cinnamon is commonly known as ‘Ceylon’, or ‘true’ cinnamon, due to its superior quality. This Cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka and the south-east coast of India.

     

    Take up to 5g per day. Mix Cinnamon Powder into warm water with honey or warm milk (of your choice). Alternatively, it can be used in a variety of culinary dishes
