Between the choice of liposomal and regular vitamin D; LIPOSOMAL IS YOUR BEST OPTION, AS IT IS SUPERIOR IN ABSORPTION AND BIOAVAILABILITY. However, both options are actually excellent. HSN's simple and general recommendation is:

• If you use vitamin D all year round without a break, use normal vitamin D, not liposomal vitamin D.
