    Valerian extract (5:1, from Valeriana officinalis, 0,8% valerianic acid), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), glycine, vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], L-theanine, lemon balm extract (15:1, from Melissa officinalis leaf, 7% rosmarinic acid), passionflower extract (10:1, from Passiflora incarnata herb, 4% flavones), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), melatonin, maltodextrin, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

    Warnings
