How To Use:
These lovely herbal tea bags from Rio Amazon are suitable for the preparation of tea. Simply place one tea bag in a cup or mug. Pour boiled water into the cup and allow to steep for 5 minutes then serves it. Alternatively, allow the tea to cool and then stir directly into smoothies, shakes, lemonades and juices. Store in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children.
Drink 1 cup of Quebra Pedra tea, once up to a maximum of three times daily. One tub of Rio Amazon Quebra Pedra herbal tea contains 40 tea bags, so can last up to 40 days, depending on your daily consumption. It is not advised to exceed the recommended daily dosage.
