    Description


    Take 1 tablet, 1 time a day 30 minutes before bedtime.

    How to Use


    Magnesium citrate, Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (16:1) [98% 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan (5-HTP)], bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabiliser (hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agent (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose cross-linked), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

    Warnings

    Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet.
