    Melatonin plays a role in easing the experience of jet lag and can help shorten the time needed to fall asleep. Vitamin B12 supports normal nervous system and psychological function while also helping to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. This supplement features a time-release component called Melotime™, a sustained-release form of melatonin that delivers 50% of the dose within the first hour and gradually releases the remainder over eight hours, providing a steady effect throughout the night.

    Take 1 chewable tablet, 1 time a day 30 minutes before bedtime.

    How to Use


    Stabiliser (sorbitol), stabiliser (isomalt), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), colouring (beetroot red), stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium trisilicate), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), natural flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), granulated time-release melatonin, thickener (guar gum), maltodextrin, sweetener (sucralose), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

    Warnings

    Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children.
