How to Take:

Organic Greens: take 1 scoop daily preferably mixed with 250ml water (it can also be added to milk, yoghurt or smoothy, mix well.)
Psyllium Husk: take 7g a day. Ideally, mix with Organic Greens in 250 ml water.
Oxy Powder: take between 2 to 6 capsules a day.
