A completely bespoke program tailored to your needs which draws together
functional nutrition, herbal medicine, naturopathy, mindfulness and breath
work. This program is for anyone who wants to start living a healthier and more
holistic life, for anyone with a health condition who wants a holistic approach
towards healing or for anyone who wants/needs to lose a few kilos in a safe and
effective way. It includes:

 A free15 minute call
 An in-depth questionnaire sent via email
 3 clinic sessions (5 hours in total)
 Client assessment tools
 Handouts provided via email - which includes your bespoke program, recipes
and handouts on various therapies.
 Bonus material - a short course on nutrition to provide you with the knowledge
to be able to make educated decisions about your nutritional health.

Price: €230 (excluding clinic fee) 

Clinic fee: €8 an hour
Follow consultations are available at €40 an hour.
