Yerba Mate is a tree native to south American Rainforests. Where it is extremely popular and said to be one of the new healing herbs.

To obtain a delicious tea, water must be heated to 70-80 ° C and must not boil. Place a teaspoon of Kraus Tea in threads or a sachet of Kraus Tea in a teapot, in a filter inside or in a cup. Pour the hot water over the leaves or the bag. Cover the kettle and let the infusion rest for a few minutes. If a filter or sachets are used, remove it from the kettle as soon as the infusion reaches the desired shade.

They can be drunk naturally or accompanied with honey, sugar, milk or lemon.
