Very helpful when enquiring about an out of stock product, as they were able to update me on when it was expected in stock again which is something most companies can't or won't do. The product I ordered is not available anywhere else in Europe, so it is a godsend that this company is prepared to order it in from the USA and stock it, so that we can order it without paying astronomical customs fees.
